RechargeCube is committed to process all refunds within 24 hours of recharge failure, however please note that bank may take up to 5-7 working days to credit the amount into user’s account.
RechargeCube process refund only if payment was successful and user was not able to get the recharge.
Please note that in case like user selects wrong operator or the number entered was not correct, we are not responsible for any such type of failure and we do not take any responsibility for such refunds.
